Do I need to register in advance?

Which membership is right for my family?
Each plan supports a different routine. The Open Play Pass is ideal for families who want to explore and play together up to eight times per month. The Facilitated Play Pass is perfect for caregivers looking for independent playtime led by our trained attendants. The Unlimited Facilitated Play plan is best for families who benefit from consistent, daily structured play.
What does “facilitated play” include?
Facilitated play sessions are guided by our trained attendants who support safe exploration, engagement, and independent play—while caregivers take a break, enjoy the café, or get work done.
Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes—memberships begin with a three-month introductory commitment to help families build a consistent play routine. After that, your plan renews monthly for convenience. You can update or make changes anytime through your account, or speak with a Check N’ Play attendant who will be happy to get everything taken care of for you.
How do I cancel my membership?
After your initial three-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal, and your benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period. If you’re thinking about canceling, we’re always happy to chat—sometimes a quick conversation helps us find a plan that better fits your family’s rhythm.
Can multiple caregivers use the same membership?
Yes—any adult caregiver responsible for your child may use your membership when bringing them to the playspace. Simply make sure each caregiver has a signed waiver on file. Please note that only open play allows caregiver entry; facilitated play is a child-only experience. Memberships cannot be shared among additional adults beyond your child’s designated caregivers.

Reserve PlaytimeWhat age group is the playspace designed for?
Our playspace is thoughtfully designed for children 18 months to 6 years old, with zones tailored to their developmental needs and natural curiosity. Older siblings are welcome to relax at our community table in the café while younger children play.
Can children younger than 18 months or older than 6 participate?
To keep the environment safe and developmentally appropriate, play sessions are reserved specifically for ages 18 months to 6 years.
Do you require waivers for playtime?
Yes—every child and caregiver must have a signed waiver on file before entering the playspace. This ensures a safe and seamless experience for all families.
What types of play zones are available?
Children enjoy a variety of beautifully designed areas—movement zones, imaginative play, sensory exploration, and quiet corners—supporting balanced, self-directed play.
Are caregivers allowed to participate in play?
Yes during Open Play, caregivers are welcome inside the playspace. During Facilitated Play, our trained attendants guide the session independently while caregivers relax or work in the café.
Who supervises my child during Facilitated Play?
Our play attendants are warm, attentive, and trained in child engagement and safety. They lead the entire session, supporting confident, joyful, independent play.
What should my child wear or bring?
Children must wear grip socks and comfortable clothing. Caregivers entering during Open Play may wear regular socks. Shoes are not permitted in the play area.
Are food or drinks allowed in the playspace?
No. Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the playspace. Children may step out to the café with their caregiver for a snack or break at any time.
How is my child’s safety ensured?
Your child’s safety is our highest priority. We use a secure check-in and check-out process, maintain constant supervision by trained attendants, and offer real-time visibility through live play-zone camera feeds. Our carefully maintained, hygienic environment supports confident, secure exploration.
How do you maintain cleanliness and hygiene?
We follow rigorous cleaning routines, sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the day, and deep-clean every evening. Our redwood play structures—finished with fire-retardant, antimicrobial-supportive coatings—help keep the environment fresh and hygienic.
What is your staff-to-child ratio?
We maintain intentionally low ratios to ensure every child receives attentive support, meaningful interaction, and a safe, calm play environment.
How long can children play in the playspace each day?
Children may enjoy up to three hours of Facilitated Play per day. Open Play sessions can be booked during the designated Open Play times offered throughout the day.
