We offer two party packages: The Dot Bash (up to 40 guests with shared play space access) and The Dot Affair (up to 60 guests with fully private play space access). Both include a dedicated host, setup & cleanup, décor, grip socks for kids, and a celebration space.

Our play space is best suited for walkers through age 6. For safety and experience quality, access to the play space is limited to children 6 years old and under when open to the public.

It depends on the party package selected.

A Dot Affair is a private celebration that includes exclusive access to the play space and both event spaces. Because the space is private, there is more flexibility with ages during the event. While older children may be present, the play space itself is still designed best for walkers to age 6.

A Dot Bash is a shared celebration experience where the play space remains open to the public. Only children 6 years old and under may enter the play space. Children of all ages are welcome to attend the celebration in the event space.

Yes! Children older than 6 are welcome to attend a Dot Bash celebration and enjoy time in the event space with the group. However, because the play space remains open to the public during Dot Bash parties, only children 6 years old and under may enter the play space.

Each party includes 3 hours total: 30 minutes for setup, 2 hours for the party, and 30 minutes for teardown

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Yes. All party guests must have a signed waiver on file before entering the play space.

Yes! The Dot Bash includes shared play space access during your party, and The Dot Affair offers exclusive private access to the play area.

Food and drinks are not included. Families can bring food from a vendor of their choice or order through a catering partner.

Yes. Grip socks are required in the play space, and a pair of grip socks is included for each child as part of your party package.

Each package comes with stylish backdrops, tableware, a cake pedestal, and balloon décor. The Dot Affair includes premium themed décor, party favors and centerpieces.

Yes, every birthday party includes a dedicated party host to manage setup, coordination, and cleanup.

Rescheduling more than 14 days before your event will incur a $500 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event is not allowed.

Members enjoy guaranteed play sessions each month, priority booking, and access to our beautifully designed spaces at preferred rates. It’s the easiest way to build consistent play into your routine while saving on visits.

Yes. The Open Play Pass requires a 3-month commitment and includes up to eight visits per month plus 5% off retail and café purchases.

After your initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel anytime through your account portal, and your benefits will stay active through the end of your billing period.

Memberships are for your child and their designated caregivers only and cannot be shared beyond that.

All parents or guardians must sign a waiver before entry into our facility. Please visit https://waiver.roller.app/CheckNPlay/home to sign the waiver under the guardian’s name and add all child participants.

Our play space is best suited for children who are walking through age 6.

Children 12 months and under are free with a paying sibling. If there is no sibling, a baby (0–12 months) and adult admission must be purchased.

Children older than 6 are not permitted to participate in the play space.

Children must wear Check N’ Play grip socks in the play space. One pair is included with admission and can be reused for future visits. Caregivers may wear regular socks. If an adult forgets socks, grip socks are available for $4. No shoes are allowed in the play area.

Caregivers are welcome to participate in play if they choose. Playtime is attendant-facilitated, and caregivers may either stay and join in or step out to enjoy our café at their discretion.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the play space. Guests are welcome to enjoy food and beverages in our café and seating areas.

We follow strict cleaning routines, sanitize high-touch areas throughout the day, and deep-clean every evening. Our redwood play structures are finished with fire-retardant, antimicrobial-supportive coatings to help keep the space clean and hygienic.

Check N’ Play offers imaginative play areas for pretend play, active play structures for climbing and movement, sensory zones for hands-on exploration, creative spaces for art and building, and cozy reading and quiet corners for rest and storytime.

Your child’s safety comes first. We use a secure check-in and check-out system, and trained play attendants help monitor the play space at all times. Our space is clean, well-maintained, and designed for safe, confident play.

No. Check N’ Play is not a licensed childcare facility. We are a parent-guided play space with trained Play Attendants who engage with children and monitor the play area. Parents remain responsible for their child at all times.
